*For reservations for seats only: 1. Cancellation on the day of the reservation: [900 yen (tax included) x number of people cancelled] (Please contact us the day before if you need to cancel)
*For course reservations (same applies if the number of people decreases)
1. Cancellation on the day (reduction in the number of people): 100% of the course fee multiplied by the number of people. / 2. Cancellation the day before (reduction in the number of people): 50% of the course fee multiplied by the number of people.
If the number of participants decreases, please contact us in advance (excluding the day before or the day of the event) and we will be able to accommodate you.Cancellation policies may change during peak seasons.
